All vehicles that are sold to the public are AS-IS WHERE IS (red light)
"AS-IS" means you own the vehicle. The vehicle is sold without any vehicle guarantee of any kind. Seller guarantees a clear title only. No arbitration is allowed for mileage or odometer discrepancies, airbags or frame damage. The vehicle can only be arbitrated for no title.
TITLE ATTACHED (TA) SALES: Purchaser understands that in title attached sales the seller has 30 days to deliver the title to the Auction. If the title is not received by ICE Public Sale within 30 days, bidder may return the vehicle for "no title". Bidders are cautioned not to spend money on, sell, or offer for sale any vehicles purchased until title is received. The purchaser has the option to return the vehicle for a full and complete refund of the sale price, buyers fee and any sales tax applicable. Temporary tags or any other expenses will not be refunded. The Auction will not pay expenses, including but not limited to transportation, resale or repair loss on vehicles returned for "no title".
In the event the purchaser wishes to return the vehicle after 30 days, purchaser must make arrangements with the Auction Title Department 24 hours prior to returning the vehicle. If the purchaser calls to arrange for return of a vehicle and the Auction has received the title, the purchaser must keep the vehicle. If the title has not been received the purchaser can bring the vehicle to the auction. The Auction Arbitration Department has the right to refuse the return of any vehicle it feels has excessive mileage or damage, including mechanical conditions. In the event the purchaser arranges for the return of a vehicle and the vehicle is not returned within the specified time, the return arrangements will be cancelled and the sale will be reinstated. There is no recourse after time limitations have expired.
Vehicles that are left on the auction premises at the owner's request and risk; the auction is not responsible for loss, theft or damage.
